UD Licensing problems

Alright, anyone here familiar with Upper Decks new licensing problem, particularly their newer releases like Ultimate? If there is a stop selling order out, how will this affect prices of cases/boxes already out there? How will it affect the redemptions from these products?
Any info will help all of us collectors so bring it on.
